Drones for Photography and Videos

This course teaches students the rules and regulations of flying in the FAA’s National Airspace System. Students will be prepared to take the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification Exam.

Students will learn flight planning and basic drone operation. All drones are provided.

Following this, students will explore the aesthetic principles of framing and movement for photographers and videographers. Students leave the course with a portfolio of drone photos and videos. Register using the QR code.

– Session 4: 10/14/26-11/14/26 Wed(virtual) 6pm and Sat(in-person) 10am

Students will receive an Adobe Creative Cloud license to use during the duration of the course.  Students will collect images and videos with the drone and learn how to edit them.
