Airport Operations & Management Course

This course introduces the various topics involved in general airport management. This course will provide the student with an understanding of the basic functions and operations of the airport as a whole and of the different departments of an airport, the business model of an airport (revenue streams and typical expenses), and the interactions between an airport and the airport’s stakeholders, such as governmental entities and the airport’s customers and users.
