Fixed Base Operator (FBO) Management Training Course

This course introduces the various topics involved in Fixed Base Operator (FBO) management. This course will provide the student with an understanding of the general operations and management of an FBO located at an airport as well as an in-the-field understanding of the role of the Fuel Line Technician, which is the core position of an FBO, including a certification.

Topics covered in this course: fuel operations including inventory management, equipment, fuel farm, self-serve fueling and fueling trucks, facilities, fueling regulations, financial planning and management, asphalt and runway care, and marketing of the FBO.
